At the Dow Chemical plant in Institute, WV where we were told if we hear sirens, we had five minutes to get in our cars and get the heck out of dodge, then were politely told we probably still would perish because the ensuing panic would likely cause a massive traffic jam we'd be unlikely to escape. But don't worry, there have been any major chemical disasters in Institute since 2008.
